bolt
Market Orders: Market orders fill immediately at the latest verified quote during an open exchange session. Price protection defaults to 100 basis points, with an absolute maximum of 500 basis points. There are no partial fills or guarantees of execution or market liquidity.
hourglass_bottom
USD Limit Orders: USD limit orders reserve cash including fees for buys, or shares for sells. Scheduled automation checks every 15 minutes, subject to queue capacity and service availability. Orders fill all-or-none at a fresh current USD quote at or below the buy limit, or at or above the sell limit; historical chart touches do not trigger fills. Limits may expire within 30 days, with at most 50 open orders per team. Unfilled reservations are released on cancellation, rejection or expiry processing.
warning
Fail-Closed Stale Price Protection: Quotes older than 60 minutes are rejected. Orders above 1,000,000 shares or executions less than 750 milliseconds apart are rejected. Stop, short, margin, derivative, and real-money orders are not supported.
GOVERNANCE PROTOCOL

Dividends & Corporate Actions

Cash Dividend Distribution Verified cash dividends are credited in USD using record-date units and the challenge FX convention.
